No, the Band is free size. Its adjustable mesh strap fits every wrist; set the magnetic clasp where it sits snug, about a finger-width above the wrist bone, for accurate HRV and SpO₂ readings.
The 500 Hz Goodix ECG and dual-PD optical array are validated against clinical reference equipment, with HRV agreement typically within a few milliseconds at rest. It is a wellness device, not a diagnostic tool, and is not a substitute for medical care, but the data is good enough that physicians on our team use it daily.
