Add the free sizing kit at checkout and we ship a set of fit rings first. Wear your chosen size for 24 hours, including overnight, since fingers swell and shrink through the day. Confirm your size in the app and your ring ships as soon as it is available.
The index or middle finger gives the strongest optical signal, but it works on any finger as long as the sensors sit flush against the palm side. Most people wear it on the index finger of the non-dominant hand for comfort.

Yes. The Ring is rated 5 ATM and IP68, so showering, swimming, and washing dishes are all fine. The stainless-steel shell resists scratching, though like any worn metal it can pick up fine marks over years of daily use.
