Your guide
Arash Farahani
Meditation coach and founder of Harmonea
Harmonea is a Canadian platform specializing in mindfulness courses and experiences, bringing the first structured breathwork experiences to Iran. Attending these sessions is possible only by our direct invitation and the introduction of this community’s members. Our goal is to build a warm, high-quality community step by step — which is why capacity is limited, so the quality of the experience is preserved for everyone.

Before you come
What to bring
Required: a mat and headphones. If you don't have a mat or headphones, please let us know in advance. For a better experience: a light blanket and an eye mask.
Arrival
Please arrive a little early — once the session begins, entry is no longer possible. Wear comfortable, modest clothing, and put your phone on airplane mode. From the moment you enter until the end of the practice, we keep complete silence.
Health notes
If you have a history of heart disease, severe respiratory problems such as severe asthma, epilepsy, pregnancy, or serious psychiatric conditions, please tell us before attending.
Parts of the session are filmed by our content producer, fully respecting participants' privacy and without any disruption.
